Located since 1929 in the English Neighborhood (Barrio Inglés). On the entrance of the Hebrew Cemetery there is a gigantic door with two Stars of David, representing the interaction between the divine and the mundane. Another detail is that on its walls you can see the names of the 892 people that are buried there, with a map that assists the visitor in finding the grave easily. In the center of the cemetery there is a monument in honor of the Jews murdered by the Nazis. "IN MEMORIAM: Reminding all Jewish generations that six million of our Jewish brethren were murdered by the Nazis between 1939 and 1945". The site has officially been a National Monument since 30 july 1998.
