The Chabad Center in Cusco is very big.
It has all the regular facilities and also runs two different restaurants, with two different kitchens: one for dairy and the other one for meat food.
It has its own factory for the production of dairy products, such as several kinds of cheese, butter, ice cream, etc.
The restaurant is open all day and it even takes pizza orders until 12 pm.
