Senior & Co, the company behind the famous Blue Curacao liquor, is located at Landhuis Chobolobo, the 19th century country house where, among other things, the Blue Curacao liqueur is made.
Because the liqueur is produced at Landhuis Chobolobo, it is considered The home of the Curacao Liqueur.
The factory started in 1896 by Haim Mendes Chumaceiro and Edgar Senior.
The Jewish Heritage lies in the fact that both founders were Sephardi jewish.
